Brief
Responsible for the design of themed company-run events, notably Azzurri’s premier event; Connect – a hugely successful annual conference with 300+ attendees and £2M pipeline generated.
Fusing an IT conference, technology exhibition and seminar programme, Connect 2015 provided technology insight, advice, inspiration and invaluable networking opportunities for IT leaders from organisations of all shapes, sizes and industries. With hands-on technology demos, high profile keynotes and range of topical, interactive seminars, the event was tightly focused on practical, actionable insight and intelligence to help IT leaders use communications technology to drive agility and competitive advantage in their organisation.
I provided a leading role on the creative design of the event that was refreshed yearly, conducted site visits, liaised with installation and printing agencies plus venue staff. Designed all event stands, stage branding, microsites, invitations, brochures, presentations and printed collateral.
The Connect 2015 day brochure was a 40 page piece of collateral, filled with useful information for attendees including the agenda, seminar details, products on show in the Solutions Zone, floor plans, as well as customer stories and information on Azzurri. The brochure was divided into sections to make it more easy to navigate for the reader and to find key information.
A Connect 2015 mobile responsive microsite was created, providing all the information about the event and allowing people to register for the event. The microsite included video highlights of the previous year’s event, as well as a download PDF of last year’s report.
