Generating a buzz in the stylishly rebranded offices

Brief

As part of the rebrand project for Azzurri, all six UK offices had to be branded using the new style guidelines. There were two main objectives of this project: to introduce Azzurri’s new brand vision and mission to staff and visitors and highlighting what made Azzurri different to their competitors; and to reinforce Azzurri’s new internal brand values: Pioneering, determined and collaborative to inspire employees and generate a feel good factor about the direction the business was heading in. Azzurri’s new colour palettes and imagery were used to create interior designs that were suitable for all offices.

I worked with an installation agency to bring the designs to life, and below are a selection of images showing the designs. All had a consistent look and feel across all offices, so upon entering any Azzurri premises, the visitor would immediately feel familiar with the brand.

A ‘totem pole’ with the new logo was installed in the reception area of the main office, surrounded by window panels, so the brand was visible from all angles. There was frosting on the door glass panels, and the main reception wall featured the logo with the new strapline and brand values.

On the first floor staff area, the brand values were used as the basis of the design. To bring more focus and attention, the ‘Be Azzurri’ and ‘Beyond expectation’ strapline were printed on foamboard and raised out to make a prominent wall feature. Canvases were installed along corridors and meeting rooms, highlighting Azzurri’s vision, mission and product expertise.

In the downstairs customer facing coffee area in the main office, it was important to highlight Azzurri’s vision and mission statements, and succinctly show why Azzurri would be an ideal business partner for prospective customers. It was an opportunity to introduce Azzurri and their new brand and direction to external visitors.

A ‘customer quotes’ wall was created outside the main customer meeting room, highlighting the good work Azzurri had done for existing customers.

In the Burnley office, there were labs that customers would visit where Azzurri’s technology capabilities were demonstrated. Azzurri’s brand values were used here, as it was also important for customers to see the staff culture and what Azzurri employees aspired to in their daily roles.
